- 2 cloves of garlic
- 8 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil
In a saucepan or large frying pan, add the previously peeled garlic cloves and olive oil, so that the cloves are completely covered.
Let it heat over low heat for a few minutes. Remove from the heat when you smell all the aromas of olive oil.
When the mixture has rested and cooled, pour it into a sealed jar. Then keep it in a place away from direct sunlight for 24 hours.
This oil can be stored for two months in the refrigerator, and up to one month in a closet.
Method of application
If the smell of garlic repels you a little, we advise you to apply this treatment in the evening, just before going to bed.
Take a little oil in your hand, then apply it with a very gentle massage on all your hair and scalp.
Cover your head with a charlotte or towel and leave to work all night. The next morning, wash your hair with your usual shampoo.
Do it early if you prefer to do it during the day. You will have to wait at least 2 hours for the product to work well on your hair. For quick results, we recommend that you apply this remedy at least 3 times a week. However, if you notice that your hair is starting to become oily, reduce its application to once or twice a week. Remember that to have healthy hair, you need to complement this therapy with a balanced diet, some exercise and more water.
