How to make your home-made spray

What do you need (ingredients):

  • Roman chamomile oil(10 drops of);
  • Magnesium oil (4 ounces of);
  • Lavender oil (10 drops of);

How to prepare it (preparation) and usage:

Preparation is pretty simple. Find a medium sized spray bottle, wash it, and pour the oils in it. Close the bottle cap and shake it softly.

You can use bentonite clay, hot water, and the oil to prepare your foot bath.
