Before you start reading, let me ask you when was the last time you’ve got a proper night’s sleep?
Do you even remember?
What is a proper night’s sleep?
Well, a proper night’s sleep is the recommended sleep time needed for your body to function properly. It takes 8 hours to get your proper sleep, and there are a number of ways to get it, like keeping turning down the heat in your bedroom, rearranging your furniture, and many more.
And proper sleeping means that you have to get that same amount of sleep every day. Sleeping 8 hours one night and then pushing yourself for the next several days until you are able to get it again, does not mean that you are getting proper sleeping time.
How can you do it?
As already said, there are a number of ways to do it. However, what will be discussed in this article is doing it with the help of essential oils.
Essential oils are very therapeutic and if you know how to make the proper combination, you will be able to drift into sleep-land in no time. The oils you will need are Lavender oil, Magnesium, and Chamomile.
Why these 3? Read further and find out.
Magnesium is widely used in domestic medicine, because magnesium can do amazing things for your body, some of which is to reduce anxiety, muscle cramps, as well as improve your digestion and sleep.
Magnesium supplements are mostly used orally, but they can also be applied on the skin. The magnesium oil is not really oil, but it is labelled as such due to its appearance and form. There are two ways to get it, either produce it at your house, which is cheaper but harder, or find it in the store.
Most people love keeping lavender in their houses because of its vibrant color and amazing smell. But when it extracted for oil production, its oil becomes so powerful that putting even a couple of drops on your bed sheets will do the trick. That’s why it is often watered down and not used on children.
Regardless of whether you have a green thumb and grow your own, or you simply enjoy a cup of tea, you have surely used chamomile at least once in your life. The reason why people drink chamomile tea, or use it for their home-made medicines, is because chamomile is a relaxing herb, which can help your body release its tension and fall asleep easier.
How to use them
You will be combining these oils to make your own spray which you would then use on your feet. Now, you might be wondering why the feet, well, because the feet are great detoxification points due to their pores which are the largest and whose number are higher than everywhere else on your body. They are also full of nerve endings whose stimulation can positively affect various organs in your body, which is why they play a key role in acupunctural therapies.
With the proper bath you can see your toxins come out in front of your eyes, and your bath water turning dark. So if you want to try it for yourself, follow the instructions explained below:
